There are five New Year's on the Jewish calendar. The most prominent is Rosh Ha Shanah, the birthday of the world. This weekend, that celebration commences.
To those who join me in this celebration, Shanah Tovah Tichateyvu. May you be inscribed and sealed in the Book of Life for a good, sweet, healthy, fulfilling, charitable, righteous, acts of loving kindness and prosperous New Year.
There are many other special days being celebrated this fall. They may be religious, secular, cultural, civic and of other origins in nature. Please do share your special days and their meanings. Kindly extend best wishes to all in Chaplains Corner, the Newsvine, and to all in our extended family of humankind.
We are all in this life together. Let's wish each other the best. Do not post things which create a hostile atmosphere to any person or group. Love your neighbor as yourself. Nothing less will do.
Kindly refrain from disrespectful, off topic, derailing, snarking, trolling, advertising, mean spirited, or irrelevant comments. They will be deleted for cause.
